A tiny flame was seen from the butt of a cigarette lying in the ashtray beside him. The pack of Marlboro’s tucked tightly in his right jean pocket cringed softly as he adjusted in his seat. He looked down at his cigarette wondering if he should take one last puff or just take a swig of the jack that stood on the counter behind him. He didn’t know what to update in his journal. Everything he did seem to put in it was never worth anything, nor made any sense. He sometimes felt like a fool when he got no comments or kudos on his “sick humor.” It seemed as though if he made fun of others he would somehow go over the comment limit he expected. He licked his bottom lip, tasting some of the jack he had sipped 5 minutes before. He put on his famous devilish grin has his fingers slid nicely onto the “ home row” keys. -
“ Justin’s gay, bye.”
- He chuckled as he typed that in, knowing his best friend would hunt him down and kill his ass and also knowing that his one-liners were always the best. Why he felt like being so short and not locking his journal entry he didn’t know. And why his writer decided to be so descriptive today, he wasn’t too sure about that either. But that was okay, he picked up his cigarette as he got out of his chair, placing it lightly between his lips as he picked up the bottle of jack, getting ready to head out for another “ fun- filled” night. Alone. -
